About Jackie
After having witnessed the transformative power of movement and exercise in her own life, Jackie felt called to leave her corporate life behind and embark on a mission to share her passion for fitness, personal strength development and holistic wellness with her family of clients in her private studio, Pilates Body Fusion.
A dynamic and passionate trainer with over 10 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (and having just become a new mom!) she realized it was time to dedicate herself to her true calling: helping people change their lives through the art of fusing Strength Training, Cycling and Pilates—and surpassing their own beliefs and expectations in themselves. Jackie’s signature fusion of these methodologies produces unique results in transforming the body: pilates in particular not only works to strengthen the core, it is also a low impact workout which is easy on the joints, helps improve posture, and is suitable for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Strength training and cycling with pilates creates a strong core by increasing stability, balance and overall a solid foundation to your health. “Jackie has an intuitive sense about the body—she knows just when to push and when I’ve reached my limit. I was so terrified to work out the first time I came in. And it was challenging! But, we took it slow, she studied my body and I don’t know HOW but she truly is the fitness whisperer. It’s like she memorizes the way my body moves and knows what exercises will sculpt and build strength. Celebrating the victories and milestones along the way have been the cherry on top to the fun we have every session. Jackie is a breath of fresh air and I have a confidence in myself and my body that has TRULY changed my life. I am capable of SO much more than I thought. THANK YOU JACKIE!”

About Pilates
Pilates is a form of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs by building strength. Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility.
Pilates conditions the whole body, even the ankles and feet. No muscle group is over trained or under trained, helping you enjoy daily activities and sports with greater ease, better performance and less chance of injury.
Pilates also facilitates in teaching good posture, body awareness, and graceful movement. It improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It has also been known to even help alleviate back pain.
No matter what your age or condition, Pilates is versatile and gentle enough to help everybody, from people with hip and knee replacements to elite athletes.
